Ajang penghargaan bergengsi untuk Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN), yaitu BUMN Marketeers Award kembali digelar.Dilaksanakan di Kota Casablangka, Pada Rabu ( Malam ) 24 April 2019.

Bersamaan dengan pekan marketing terbesar di Jakarta, Jakarta Marketing Week (JMW ) 2019. BUMN Marketeers Awards tahun ini adalah yang ke-9 kalinya dan mengusung tema Entrepreneurial State Owned Enterprises (SOEs).
Tujuan dari penghargaan ini adalah mendorong BUMN untuk mengedepankan kreativitas, inovasi, prinsip kewirausahaan, serta kepemimpinan.Dan, juga memberikan apresiasi kepada BUMN yang dinilai berhasil mengaplikasikan empat faktor tersebut. Aspek lain yang diperhatikan yaitu, perusahaan tersebut haruslah akuntabel dan kredibel dalam mengembangkan strategi serta inovasi marketing dalam meningkatkan daya saing.

“Tantangan BUMN makin berat karena dihadapkan pada kondisi serba tidak bisa diprediksi, baik itu ekonomi, teknologi, sampai politik. Makanya dibutuhkan pendekatan manajerial berbeda, yaitu dengan mengedepankan kreativitas, inovasi, kewirausahaan, dan kepemimpinan yang baik,” ujar Founder & Chairman MarkPlus, Inc. Hermawan Kartajaya, hari ini (24/04/2019).

BUMN Marketeers Award diberikan tidak hanya kepada perusahaan itu sendiri, tetapi juga kepada anak perusahaan sampai pribadi yang dinilai berprestasi berdasarkan kriteria. Setiap kategori terdapat pemeringkatan berupa peraih bronze, silver, dan gold sebagai yang terbaik. Peraih yang terbaik di tiap kategori kemudian dikompetisikan lagi untuk menjadi best of the best BUMN.
Proses seleksi berlangsung dari Februari hingga April 2019. Ada sekitar 60 perusahaan dan anak perusahaan BUMN mengikuti proses seleksi, yang mana 40 perusahaan berhasil mengikuti tahapan sampai akhir kompetisi. Penilaian secara keseluruhan dilakukan langsung oleh para juri dari Indonesia Marketing Association (IMA).

Ditengah Berlangsungnya Acara BMA 2019,Staf Bimker Rutan Kelas 1 Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Cipinang,Bapak”Raharjo”Menyampaikan Pendapatnya atas penghargaan Bronsze yang diterimanya.

“Sebelumnya Saya Ucapkan Banyak Terimaksih kepada BMA 2019,yang telah memberikan kesempatan kepada teman-teman asli binaan Rutan Kelas 1 cipinang,untuk bisa tampil diacara sebesar ini,dan ini adalah penghargaan bagi kami yang sangat luar biasa sekali,terang Raharjo.

Kriteria Bronsz yang di berikan BMA 2019 kepada warga binaan LP Cipinang, tentunya Mempunyai Spesifikasi tertentu,antara lain yang disampaikan Rahajo mempunyai beberapa pendalaman untuk di Jadikan Pertimbangan khusus Tersendiri Oleh BUMN Marketeers Award 2019 ( BMA 2019 ) yang Berlagsung Di Kota Casablangka Jakarta.

Lebih lanjut Raharjo juga menyampaikan Tentang Penghargaan Bronsze yang diterimanya adalah sebuah anugerah pencapaian yang sangat Besar sekali untuk Rutan Kelas 1 cipinang,karena dalam Proses pembinaanya itu ada keberagaman bersama Yang kuat,katanya.

“Bentuk pembinaan yang kami lakukan Dirutan itu ada berbagai macam,dan beberapa bentuk pelatihan tentunya,dan yang paling menonjol itu adalah JERAA,disitu ada seni,ada band,ada seni lukis,dan ada bandsta pelatihan.ujarnya.

Lebih dalam,Rahajo juga menerangkan beberapa hasil latihanya yang sangat menonjol dan sudah bekerja di Cafe-Cafe yang berada diluar,ungkapnya.

“Ketika warga Binaan Kembali kemasyarakat,tentunya Kami juga telah mempersiapkan Solusi terbaik untuk mereka,dengan Menggandeng JERAA Foundation,dan untuk galery Publik,kami secara bersama-Sama telah Membuat Cafe diluar sana,Lokasinya berada di Kantor Imigrasi Jakarta barat,dan hampir dipastikan seluruh pekerjanya 100 %,mantan warga binaan Rutan Cipinang dan JEERA,tegasnya.
